Ik kan het enthousiasme van de overige reviews niet delen. Over het concept van rond een lange keukentafel te zitten in een ruimte met slechte akoestiek kan je van mening verschillen. Maar de lokale, seizoensgebonden groenten die volgens de website centraal staan, waren compleet zoek. Veel brood, een beetje pasta en 6 frieten. Voor mij een ontgoocheling.

Toen het nieuws kwam dat er in ons dorp in Landskouter een hip restaurant zou komen geloofden wat dat eerst niet. Er is hier zelfs geen bakker. Ondertussen zijn we super fan van Anna en Fien. Zeker nu zelf groenten gaan beginnen telen op hun eigen veld naast het restaurant. Inspirerende plek!

Heel erg lekker gegeten! Alle gangen waren echte smaakbommen...
Ook de huisbereide drankjes waren heerlijk. Witte wijn geïnfuseerd met vijgenblad als aperitief was origineel en echt geslaagd.
De meeste ingrediënten komen rechtstreeks uit de eigen tuin...

Een heerlijke plek om helemaal bij jezelf te komen. Fijne bijzondere keuken en lieve, hartelijke gastvrouwen. Kortom enkel genieten!

If you're looking for a fine dining experience in Belgium with a relaxed and cozy ambience, this is the place to go. Anne is an amazing chef, and invites everyone to sit at her kitchen table and watch her and the staff prepare amazing dishes in her tasting menu. Don't be fooled by the word tasting, because the full menu offers about 10 courses, desert and perfectly paired drinks included (alcoholic and non alcoholic options). You will be delighted by her presence explaining carefully every dish and the restaurants concept.

You can start by taking a walk in the lovely biodinamic organic garden behind the kitchen, where she grows most of the food while enjoying a few of her home brewed ciders and kombuchas.

Then everyone will be seated at her long kitchen table where you can interact and make some conversation.

The setting is very relaxed, no loud music, just the sound of the kitchen working and people talking.

We booked the full experience with the bed and breakfast and stayed in one of the rooms available upstairs. Very spacious, comfortable double bed, good books and a nice shower, with a view to the meadows of rural Belgium.

We brought our 1 year old with us and it was OK.

We enjoyed taking a walk in the woods right across the street and visiting the old church in town.

In the morning we enjoyed a big breakfast and left very happy with the whole experience.

I highly recommend it, whether you are visiting Belgium and want to try the local food or whether you are a Belgian resident and want to get away for the weekend, this is the place to go.

We stayed at the B&B for one night and had a great experience. Anna was very welcoming and flexible and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast included all home made dishes from the apple juice to the croissants and pain au chocolat. Recommend!

Bio-végétarische top-gastronomie…het bestaat!
Smaak bommen op uw bord met (echte) pluk verse groenten. Zalig in de natuur dineren bij deze twee zussen Anna en Jozefien. Je kan er ook blijven slapen.
Een echte aanrader.

Zeer smaakvolle en artistieke vegetarische bordjes worden tevoorschijn getoverd. Warm en huiselijk interieur. Vier ipv vijf sterren voor de toch wat prijzige afrekening.
Ik kom in elk geval graag nog eens terug.
